Vachora: PDF Read, Edit & Scan
Vachora: PDF Read, Edit & Scan ("the App") by SyntheticCode ("we", "us") provides tools to read, annotate, edit, organise, scan, sign, watermark, convert, compress, merge, split, password-protect and extract text from PDF documents. All processing happens on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Scanning and text recognition (OCR) are provided by Google ML Kit on your device. Recognition is automatic and can make mistakes, especially on poor-quality scans, handwriting or non-Latin scripts. Please check extracted text before relying on it. The first scan may require a one-time download of Google's scanner module.
The E-Sign tool places an image of your handwritten signature on a PDF. It is not a digital signature certificate (DSC), Aadhaar eSign, or an electronic signature under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and may not be accepted where such a signature is legally required.
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App, bypass its limits or purchase checks, or interfere with its advertising.
The App, its design, text, graphics and code belong to SyntheticCode or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
The App uses services from Google (Play Billing, AdMob, User Messaging Platform, ML Kit), RevenueCat and Syncfusion PDF libraries. Their own terms and policies apply to those services. Ads are provided by Google; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its output will meet any particular requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyntheticCode is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or documents, arising from use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access to Pro features if these Terms are breached, subject to Google Play's policies.
We may update these Terms when the App changes. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
